MONDAY Knife Skills | Menu: Mango Salsa with Black beans and Rice | What you will learn: proper knife handling safety and skills, cutting techniques, identifying and cutting ripe fruits and vegetables and cooking rice. 

TUESDAY South Asian | Menus: Spring Rolls with No-Soy Dipping Sauce and No Soy Hoisin Shrimp or Chicken Lettuce Cups | What you will learn: how to make no-soy sauces (soy and hoisin). How to work with rice paper wrappers (spring rolls) and how to cook shrimp or chicken.   

WEDNESDAY | Menu: Tex Mex Bowls | What you will learn: how to make enchilada chicken, make guacamole. Proper knife handling and skills.  How to make salsa and dairy free crema.    

THURSDAY | Macaroni & Cheese with Turkey Meatballs | What you will learn: how to make gluten free roux, bechamel sauce and dairy free cheese sauce.  How to make turkey meatballs.  

FRIDAY | Menu: Sorbets, Chocolate Bites and No Bake Macaroons | What you will learn: how to make fruit sorbets, substituting sugar with dates to make chocolate confections and no-bake macaroons.
