Yields 3 Cups
NOTE: The warmth comes from the amount of grated ginger.
- 1 inch Ginger, grated
- 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
- ½ -1 Avocado
- 1-2 inches of Cucumber, peeled
- 1 Handful of Kale, Lettuce or Watercress
- 1-3 cups of Water, Coconut Water
- 2 TB Chia Seeds
Combine the ingredients in a blender, grating in the ginger last.
