Brilliant Butternut Squash Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 mango cut into chunks       
  • 1 cup butternut squash                  
  • 1 handful baby kale                         
  • 1-2 cups coconut milk, almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 pear
  • 4 sprigs Mint, leaves only
  • 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • (Optional) crushed ice

  •  Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
