CHEF & NUTRITIONIST


I began studying, cooking, and learning about food and nutrition at a young age due to a parent’s ill health, a love of food, and my athletic endeavors. Now, providing my clients an optimal level of health and wellbeing through food is one of the cornerstones of my work.

I own and run a certified woman-owned, award-winning business. I have worked as a chef /nutritionist for more than 30 years’, preparing food and teaching cooking classes on a professional level. This knowledge and skill unite to make great tasting, healthy food. Yes, “healthy” can taste good. I provide weekly prepared meals, small intimate dinner parties and can accompany traveling clients and families.

Over the years, I have seen how effective good food and sound nutrition can be for a person’s overall sense of wellbeing, mood, performance, and recovery.

A little can go a long way. Even a few meals tailored and prepared to your needs can make an impact and create solutions to a seemingly endless issue.

I understand the needs of people who have auto-immune diseases and diet-related illnesses, as well as those with recreationally and professionally athletic lives. The meals I prepare cater to my clients’ needs, tastes, and adhere to an anti-inflammatory dietary lifestyle, consisting of whole foods, no sugar, low-to-no salt and low-to-no processed fats. Meals are generally gluten free and dairy free, however other allergies and aversions can and will be taken into consideration during preparation.
